LIMITED SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE
Uganda Heart Institute calls on interested persons to apply for the following Cardiovascular Specialist Fellowship Training Programs.
ELIGIBILITY AND ADMISSION CRITERIA
The cardiac fellowships are 3 years full time program of training except for cardiac nursing fellowships which are 2 years.
The following documents will be required to be submitted together with the application letter:

A well written application letter addressed to the Executive Director Uganda Heart Institute.

A degree certificate for bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery (MB.Ch.B) and bachelor of Nursing or (its equivalent) from a recognized University.

A Master of Medicine degree certificate (or equivalent) in the specialty relevant to the cardiac fellowship program from a recognized university.

A specialty license and registration from the Uganda Medical & Dental Practitioner’s Council and Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council or equivalent from another country.

A valid annual practicing licence by the medical council or any other regulatory body

Letters of support from two (2) referees at senior level in the medical profession.

Personal statement
-
Current Curriculum Vitae.

Proof of identity e.g. Passport copy, national identification card.

A letter of support from current employer
